Well I'm finally getting around to sending pictures of my 1947 Ford Pickup.
As it is today I see a slight resemblance to your truck, and my future plans will bring it even closer.
Currently, it has a '65 corvette 327-V8, with a 350 transmission, '55 chevy rearend, front disk brakes, corvette rally wheels.
The interior has been done over with VDO gauges, Hurst floor shift and the original bench seat.
The truck was painted Blue with clear coat base 3 years ago.
My future plans are to convert the front end using an IFS kit, relocate the
gas take from the cab to under the bed, redo the interior (dash, gauges,
etc...), add a nice set of bucket seats and install an oak bed.
From what I see of your truck I'd like to go with the stainless for the
inside of the bed as well as the firewall and fenderwells.
If you or anyone has any ideas or recommendations I be happy to hear from
you, as this is my first go around with my own Rod.
